These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Anggur88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://anggur88.cam and all associated services, products, games, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Anggur88 platform, you confirm and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

To register an account and use the Services offered by Anggur88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the Anggur88 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must also select a username and password for your account.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times and to promptly notify Anggur88 of any changes via our support team. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any other person. You agree to notify Anggur88 immediately — via our live chat support — if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security.

Anggur88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from your sharing of credentials with any third party.

Anggur88 is obligated under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered players. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request and may be requested at any other time at the Operator's reasonable discretion.

KYC verification typically requires the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document — MyKad, valid passport, or driver's licence. All four corners of the document must be clearly visible and all text legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, clearly displaying your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document beside your face, taken in clear natural lighting.
• Payment Method Verification: Where requested, a screenshot or photograph of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., your Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank account statement).

Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period, or submission of fraudulent, altered, or illegible documents, will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may result in account closure. Typical KYC review time is 24 to 48 hours from the receipt of complete documentation.

Anggur88 accepts deposits via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods currently include: Maybank (Maybank2u), CIMB (CIMB Clicks), Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and USDT TRC20.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and account review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.
• Anggur88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or financial institution may apply their own transaction charges, for which Anggur88 bears no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of crediting. Network fees are the responsibility of the depositing player.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification (KYC), clearance of any applicable wagering requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method corresponds to the original deposit method used.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Anggur88 compliance team.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only cash balances that have met all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. These are displayed within your account at the time of request.
• Anggur88 targets the following processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire up to 60 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during periods of high demand or for accounts requiring additional compliance review.
• Anggur88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including for accounts that have not previously completed full verification.

Any withdrawal request submitted in connection with suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation. Anggur88 will communicate the reason for any withholding to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Anggur88 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual terms that supplement this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While using bonus funds, a maximum bet cap — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round — applies. Exceeding this cap may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements expire within the period specified in the individual promotion terms — typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of bonus crediting.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus principal itself is non-withdrawable. Only net winnings derived from the use of a sticky bonus may be withdrawn, subject to wagering requirements having been met.
• One Bonus Per Account: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may cause the existing bonus to be forfeited.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the Anggur88 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general conditions and are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

• All bets are placed and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Displayed odds are offered at the time of bet placement and are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• Bets are only confirmed upon receipt of a valid bet confirmation message from the platform. Bets placed during system errors, connectivity failures, or within restricted periods are not guaranteed to stand.
• Anggur88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from human error, system error, or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance in full.
• For live sports betting — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, and other live football markets — in-play bet settlement is subject to the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. Anggur88's decision on all settlement matters is final.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting section. Anggur88 reserves the right to adjust payout limits for any player at its reasonable discretion.
• Anggur88 will not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to fully understand the rules applicable to any given game or betting market prior to wagering.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Anggur88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or the name of another person ("multi-accounting").
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other technological tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play with other players to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform security.
• Money laundering or any use of the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal unlawful financial transactions.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other means of concealing your true geographic location where this is done to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Anggur88 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property of Anggur88 without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, republish, transmit, broadcast, modify, adapt, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Anggur88.

The Anggur88 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including use in domain names, social media handles, promotional materials, or any other context — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anggur88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

Anggur88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Anggur88 does not warrant that: (a) the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses; (b) information on the platform will be accurate, complete, or current; or (c) any defects in the platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe. The platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Anggur88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unlawful conduct.
• Multi-accounting or provision of false registration information.
• Conduct harmful to the platform, its reputation, other players, or staff.
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Anggur88 will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder within a reasonable period, subject to the limitations of any ongoing investigation.

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account — including both cash and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Winnings generated through activity that violated these Terms will in all cases be voided.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Anggur88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — Anggur88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anggur88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to arbitration or the relevant court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect a legitimate interest pending resolution of a dispute.
